Universal Rhythm Benediction By Israel Buffardi
My friends, when you go from here know that our hearts are always in a holy place, for we are always connected to one another.
Know that deep down, our hearts beat in one universal rhythm.
May we each find the sacred space to hear it.

May focusing on what is sacred remind us all that we are sacred.

Namaste,
Cricket

Meditation on Dreams

Harlem
What happens to a dream deferred?
      Does it dry up
like a raisin in the sun?
      Or fester like a sore—
      And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
      Or crust and sugar over—
      like a syrupy sweet?
      Maybe it just sags
      like a heavy load.
      Or does it explode?

The Dream we haven’t Dared to Dream by Dan Pallotta

May listening to the podcast from TED2016 and meditating on the poem by Langston Hughes help you focus on what it means to dream, what your dreams are, what our dreams are, and what dreams you have left behind.

Namaste,
Cricket
