On Sunday, 29 July, a small group from the church gathered in the afternoon and evening at Dolly Sods Wilderness and Bear Rocks Preserve in the Monongahela National Forest to pick berries (both blue- and huckle- were ripe and waiting), to feel the presence of this wilderness so close to home, and to enjoy a picnic on the rocks overlooking the valley below and the mountains beyond.
